What is your appliance doing?
Cooling has become uneven
Identify the shelves or drawers affected and whether the freezer is behaving normally. Keep any temperature readings with the time they were taken.
Food freezes where it shouldn't
Explain which items and locations are affected and whether a setting was recently changed. Turning controls repeatedly can make the pattern harder to describe.
The refrigerator seems to run all the time
Mention changes in noise, door closure and food temperature together. Running time by itself doesn't reveal the failed component.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
The assessment should connect actual storage temperatures with door fit, airflow and control behavior. A repair plan then follows the findings for that Viking model. Refrigerators that share a similar exterior can have different internal arrangements and parts.
Before your service visit
Look for an item preventing the door from closing, and protect perishable food in reliable cold storage if necessary. Leave panels and utility connections untouched. Share the model if you can see its label, along with any recent installation or repair that preceded the temperature change.
