What is your appliance doing?
The oven starts but doesn't get hot
Record the selected mode and what the controls show after starting. A responsive display is useful information, but it isn't proof that heating is working.
Baking is uneven
Describe a familiar recipe, rack position and mode where you noticed the change. That comparison is more useful than saying the temperature is wrong.
A door or lock message persists
Photograph the message and say whether a cleaning cycle preceded it. Don't force the door or bypass a latch.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
The service assessment distinguishes no heat, poor temperature control and a door-related interruption. Those symptoms can lead to different checks of the heating system, sensors and controls. Recalibrating without first identifying the complaint can leave the underlying issue unresolved.
Before your service visit
Leave the wall oven fitted in its cabinet and let it cool before the visit. Include the model, the affected cavity and any recent power event when calling for Burlington service. If a stacked appliance shares the cabinet, mention it so access isn't assumed to be straightforward.
