Notice whether a bin, package or visible seal interferes with closure. Avoid forcing hinges or trimming a cabinet panel.

Freezer repair may involve checking the door seal, circulation, temperature control and defrost behavior before deciding what needs replacement. Frost at the opening and ice elsewhere inside the cabinet should not automatically be treated as the same fault.
Before your service visit
