Call 781-655-8142 to discuss a Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, Thermador or Monogram appliance. Provide the street address and a description of the issue so coverage and appointment availability can be checked.
Walk-in visits and appliance drop-offs are not currently offered. We will publish confirmed office information when the arrangements are complete. Do not travel to an office address without first speaking with us.
Regular hours
Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM, Eastern Time. Sunday is closed. Same-day appointments may be available within the regular schedule. A routine booking is not a guarantee of emergency attendance or a completed repair that day.
Nearby service coverage
The planning area extends roughly five to seven miles around Burlington. Bedford, Lexington, Woburn and Winchester are nearby core areas; other listed communities require an address check, particularly near the outside of the radius.

What helps us plan the visit
Include the appliance location, visible model number, the affected function and any access restrictions. Custom panels, built-in cabinets, stairs, controlled entry and parking instructions are useful details. Keep utility connections and heavy equipment undisturbed.
