Mention recent cabinetry or panel adjustments. Check only for a visible obstruction rather than altering hinges yourself.
An error message returns
Save the full message or a photograph. Similar-looking Thermador controls can belong to different models, so the model identification belongs with the code.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
The assessment should match the temperature complaint to the installed unit. Door alignment, airflow, sensing and refrigeration operation may need to be considered together. A connection problem in an app should also be separated from a refrigerator that actually fails to cool.
Before your service visit
Keep vulnerable food in working cold storage if the compartment has become warm. Leave the refrigeration column secured in place. Provide accessible model information and note whether the neighboring freezer, lighting and appliance controls are still behaving normally.
