Report that alongside the temperature problem. Two symptoms on the same freezer may need to be assessed together rather than booked as unrelated repairs.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
The technician can check the freezer's door closure, operating temperatures and air circulation before following the evidence to the relevant control, defrost or cooling components. A service message helps direct the investigation, but doesn't replace testing the appliance.
