Describe the oven's response separately from the burners. The range's fuel arrangement matters to the diagnosis.
A burner won't behave normally
Specify which position and whether the problem concerns ignition or heat adjustment. Turn the affected burner off rather than repeatedly trying it.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
Thermador range service needs the full model identification and the function at fault. Heating, ignition and electronic controls are not interchangeable problems. If a message appears only in a connected app, say whether the same issue is visible or reproducible through the range's own controls.
Before your service visit
Let all cooking surfaces cool and keep the range installed. Include any recent cleaning, utility interruption or kitchen work in the request. A photo of the display can help preserve exact wording without using an online reset sequence intended for a different product.
