What is your appliance doing?
One cavity won't heat
On a double oven, identify upper or lower and what the other cavity does. Include whether the controls still respond.
A message interrupts preheat
Photograph the complete text or code and note when it appears. Don't substitute an explanation found for another oven model.
The oven heats but results have changed
Describe the selected program and the difference in a meal you cook regularly. Include any change in rack position or cookware.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
The assessment separates a failure to generate heat from temperature regulation, mode selection or a door-related interruption. Sensors, heating components and control operation may need testing. A specialist cooking function should be identified explicitly rather than treated as ordinary bake mode.
Before your service visit
Keep the installed oven accessible from the front and allow it to cool. Mention if another appliance is stacked with it. If the issue followed self-cleaning, record that history and avoid another cleaning cycle as an attempted cure.
