Tell us which section has changed and how long it has been happening. Those two observations help narrow the conversation much more than saying the whole refrigerator is broken.
An alarm keeps coming back
Take a photo of the message before dismissing it. Include whether the door closes fully and whether the alarm returns with the door shut.
Water collects inside or below the cabinet
Where the water starts matters: beneath a drawer, around the door, or on the floor. Note the location without removing a panel to follow the leak.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
The first job is to establish what the refrigerator is actually doing. That can include comparing compartment temperatures, checking door closure and airflow, and testing the controls. Fans, temperature sensing and refrigeration components are possible areas to investigate; a warm shelf alone doesn't identify a failed compressor.
Before your service visit
Move food that needs refrigeration to a working refrigerator if cooling has become unreliable. Check that a bottle or drawer isn't holding the door open, then leave the built-in unit in place. A visible model number and a short temperature history are enough to start the service request.
