One zone is warmer than expected
Record the selected setting for each zone and any separate thermometer reading. A control setting and a measured bottle-storage temperature aren't the same observation.
The door catches or the alarm sounds
Check for a shelf or bottle extending into the door's path. Tell us if the cabinet front has recently been adjusted.
A new rattle or vibration
Notice whether it happens constantly or in short periods. A brief recording can capture the sound without disturbing bottles or opening the cabinet.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
The repair discussion starts with the zone layout and the actual temperature behavior. Door fit, ventilation, sensing and cooling operation may need to be checked together. A wine-storage unit should be assessed against its own model information, not ordinary refrigerator settings.
Before your service visit
Keep a note of the settings before making changes. If valuable wine needs to be moved, choose suitable alternative storage rather than an arbitrary colder setting.
