Burners work, oven won't heat
Note the oven mode and whether preheat ever finishes. Working burners don't rule out an oven or electrical-supply problem.
One surface burner won't light
Identify its position and describe what you observed during normal use. Don't keep attempting ignition to reproduce the fault.
Food cooks differently than before
Explain whether the change affects baking, broiling or another mode. A familiar recipe taking longer is useful history, but it doesn't identify a part.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
Wolf ranges use different fuel arrangements and controls. Service needs to follow the installed model, then the affected function: ignition, oven heat, temperature response or controls. An adjustment intended for a different Wolf range can obscure the original complaint.
Before your service visit
Switch the affected controls off and let the range cool before the appointment. Keep it secured in its installed position. Mention a griddle or second oven when relevant, and tell us if the fault appeared after cleaning, a power interruption or recent work in the kitchen.
