Report the difference you've already noticed. You don't need to run extra high-temperature tests before contacting us.
The problem began after self-clean
Give that timing at the start of the call. Don't run another cleaning cycle as a repair attempt.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
An oven that stays cold calls for a different assessment from one that heats but gives uneven results. The technician can check the relevant heating function, control response and temperature sensing against the model. A lit display doesn't establish that every part of the oven's power and heating system is working.
Before your service visit
Let the oven cool and leave it in the cabinet. Photograph a recurring message and note whether the door closes normally. If you have a Wolf range rather than a separate wall oven, say so; the service category and access arrangement should match the equipment in your kitchen.
