Compare its behavior with the freezer and record when the change started. Report an actual thermometer reading separately from the control setting.
A door or drawer sits unevenly
Mention anything that catches or rubs and any recent cabinet work. Leave hinge or panel adjustments for assessment.
A new noise accompanies poor cooling
Describe both symptoms together and save a short recording if practical. A noise alone doesn't identify a compressor, fan or other part.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
Monogram service begins with the actual model, including whether it is a built-in, separate column or another configuration. Door sealing, temperature response, airflow and controls may need to be checked before a cooling-system repair is considered. Exterior finish is not a reliable guide to replacement parts.
Before your service visit
Protect food in another working refrigerator if necessary. Leave the unit secured in its enclosure and clear room for the doors to open. If water is involved, say where it appears and whether dispenser or ice-maker behavior changed at the same time.
