One zone has stopped heating
Identify the position and whether other zones still work normally. Include any visible symbol rather than guessing which internal component it names.
A gas burner behaves differently after cleaning
Mention the timing and leave the burner off. Follow the owner's care instructions; don't probe ignition parts or gas openings.
A touch control won't respond
Describe whether the whole panel or only one selection is affected. Note any visible lock indicator and check its meaning in the model's manual.
What the repair assessment needs to establish
The assessment distinguishes control settings, heat-source operation and a failure affecting the whole appliance. Induction cookware recognition is a separate question from gas ignition. The model number keeps the diagnosis attached to the correct platform.
Before your service visit
Remove pans from the cooled cooktop and explain what is below it: a drawer, cabinet or another appliance. Leave the counter installation intact. If glass is cracked or operation is unsafe, stop using it and mention that condition when requesting service.
